Our honey is Raw, slightly filtered, unheated and unprocessed in any way. Our hives are not chemicially treated to ensure the wonderful natural taste of HONEY.
Everything about bees still surprises and fascinates me. They are sculptors, dancers, mathematicians, acrobats, engineers and brew masters. From dance off to death matches, they never cease to amaze.
This deep appreciation and facination led me to beekeeping. Bees fill me with a sense of wonder. Once I started learning about them, I could not stop!!
